Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Yinghu VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information through its mobile and desktop applications (referred to as 'the App'). We process data under principles of necessity, minimization, and transparency.
When you install, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational information such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system, client version, connection status, error logs, and in-app paths. Approximate location may be used only for route recommendation, connection quality analysis, and troubleshooting, not precise personal tracking. We may also send service updates, security notices, and account messages through your registered email or username.
We share aggregated or anonymized data only with necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services, Firebase crash analysis, or infrastructure vendors. Unless required by law, needed to protect users and the platform, or covered by confidentiality obligations with service providers, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties. You can stop new client-side data generation by uninstalling the App.
User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable backup window. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover accidental collection of such information, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access control, encrypted transmission, and permission management to protect data security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated because of legal requirements, product changes, or operational adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after publication of changes means acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. For questions about privacy handling, contact the Yinghu VPN team by email at [email protected].
