You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and communicate material changes within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown components may reduce stability and increase security risk.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or app store distribution features. When using those functions, you are also subject to the terms of the relevant third-party providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi, mobile data, or wired network access. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, permission settings, local network failures, or carrier quality. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must ensure use of this Service complies with applicable laws. We work to maintain accurate route and connection information, but network quality may be affected by data centers, carriers, and platform policies outside our control. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services and software entitlements are considered delivered once activated. Except where required by law, unconditional refund requests are not accepted.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, license keys, or digital entitlements are shared, resold, or used in violation of the terms.
